  • Free Standard Shipping – On all orders over $99.

  • Flat Rate Shipping – For orders under $99:
    Standard: $9.95 (2–8 business days from dispatch)
    Express: $14.95 (1–4 business days from dispatch)

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Availability: Free Shipping is available within Australia only for orders over $99. International shipping is charged at checkout.
  • Free shipping: applies to single orders over $99 only in Australia only. To qualify, all items must be included in the same order.

Processing & Delivery Times
  • We aim to get your scrubs out fast. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
  • Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or VIC public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Boxing Day, Afterpay Day), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery timeframes provided are guidelines only and depend on Australia Post. Please allow extra time for remote/regional areas or unforeseen delays such as weather events.

Address Accuracy
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.
  • We cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed at the post office:
  • You will receive a refund for the products only (shipping costs are non-refundable)
  • You may request re-delivery at the standard shipping rate.
  • For orders that qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping rate will be deducted from any refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
  • Nuro Scrubs is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
  • If your parcel is delayed, track it via the Australia Post website.
  • If your parcel is missing after delivery and you did not select Signature on Delivery, you must lodge a missing parcel enquiry directly with Australia Post.
  • If you believe your parcel has been stolen, we recommend lodging a report with your local police station.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel as it makes its way to you. You can click here and track your order directly through Australia Post.

Delivery Process

  • If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave your parcel in a secure location if one is available.
  • If no safe place is found, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post office for collection.
  • You’ll be notified via the AusPost app, email, or SMS (if your parcel is linked to your MyPost account).
  • If your parcel isn’t matched to your account, Australia Post will leave a card with collection details.
