How to Kick Off a Return or Exchange

Shoot us an email at hello@nuroscrubs.com.au with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We’ll take it from there.

What’s Eligible

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items. Just make sure your scrubs are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and clean.
  • In its original packaging.

Refunds

If your return ticks all the boxes and lands back with us within 30 days, we’ll refund it to your original payment method.

  • Refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item’s faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’ve got you — exchanges are available within 30 days, depending on stock.

  • If your requested item’s out of stock or priced differently, we’ll hook you up with store credit.
  • Exchange shipping is also at your expense.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something’s arrived damaged or not what you ordered, let us know at hello@nuroscrubs.com.au ASAP.

We’ll sort it out in line with Australian Consumer Law — whether that’s a refund, replacement, or repair.

Claims made after 30 days might not qualify unless the item has a major fault as defined by law.
